All orders are subject to acceptance by Abetthale by Psych Studios. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product descriptions or prices, or suspicion of fraud.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Rupees and are subject to change without notice. Prices do include shipping and handling fees or applicable taxes, which will not be added to your total order amount.
Payment
We accept payment through Cards, UPI. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. All payments are subject to verification and approval.

Delivery
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
returns and refund
Return policy
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@abetthale.in with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Abetthale by Psych Studios or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abetthale by Psych Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable order.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Karnataka.
Abetthale's psych samaaja
Psych samaaja is Abetthale's community of loyal customers, where the customers are awarded brand loyalty points called Respect points for every purchase they make from our brand.All customers are automatically enrolled in the Abetthale loyalty program upon their first purchase. Members earn 1 Respect point for every ₹1 spent, and in Tier 5, members earn 2 Respect points for every ₹1 spent. Points are calculated based on the final amount spent after applying any discounts or promotions.
The loyalty program has five tiers. In Tier 1, 50 Respect points can be redeemed for ₹1, and members can enter with 0 points. In Tier 2, 40 points can be redeemed for ₹1, and members need 5000 points to enter. Tier 3 allows redemption at 30 points per ₹1, and requires 10,000 points to enter. Tier 4 allows 20 points per ₹1, and requires 50,000 points to enter. In Tier 5, members can redeem 10 points for ₹1 and need 100,000 points to qualify. Tier eligibility is determined based on the points earned over a 12-month period. If members do not earn enough points to remain in their current tier, they will be moved to a lower tier based on their accumulated points.
25% of Respect points expire if no purchases are made for 3 consecutive months. Members will be notified prior to the expiration of their points. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, with a minimum threshold of 100 points required for redemption. Respect points cannot be redeemed for cash, and they are non-transferable.
Points are not earned on taxes, shipping fees, or purchases made with gift cards. If a product is returned, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the member’s account. Abetthale reserves the right to modify, cancel, or limit the loyalty program at any time. Any changes to the program will be communicated via email or updated on the website.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
